Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 November 2026
This policy explains what personal data Revenu collects when you use revenuagency.io, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short, and we only collect what we need.
Who we are
Revenu is a B2B paid media agency. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
Revenu, 69 Leaburn Rd, Lincolnshire, DN17 3SR, United Kingdom. Email: joe@revenuagency.io.
What we collect
We collect personal data in these ways:
- The library form: your first name, last name, email address and which library you chose. If you correct your email on the thank-you page, we also collect the new address.
- Where you came from: the page you signed up on, the page that sent you to us, and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). This tells us which of our ads and posts work.
- Booking a call: if you book through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and the answers you give, and shares them with us.
- Emails you send us: anything you include when you write to us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider records basic request data, such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To send you the library you asked for, and occasional emails about our work. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To reply to you and run the calls you book with us.
- To understand which campaigns bring people to the site.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Our legal basis
Under UK GDPR we rely on your consent for the library emails (you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing), and on our legitimate interests for replying to you, running calls, measuring our campaigns and keeping the site secure.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use these providers to run the site and our emails, and they only use your data to provide their service to us:
- Kit (kit.com): stores our email list and sends the library emails.
- Vercel (vercel.com): hosts the website.
- Calendly (calendly.com): handles call bookings.
- Google Workspace: our email.
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where data leaves the UK, it is protected by the safeguards the law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK-US Data Bridge.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. While you browse, your browser keeps the campaign tags from the link you arrived on and the name you entered in the library form, only for that visit (session storage), so the forms work. It is cleared when you close the tab.
If you open Calendly, Calendly may set its own cookies on its own site. Its cookie policy applies there.
How long we keep it
We keep your email list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep emails and call details for as long as we need them to work with you, and then delete them. Hosting logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to how we use it
- send it to you, or to someone else, in a common format
Email joe@revenuagency.io and we will reply within one month. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
